The terms for using MADRE, AHP+ and this site.
There are few. The software is free and open source, runs on your machine, and you decide what your agents may do. Here they are, briefly.
In short
The essentials.
Free, no account. MADRE and AHP+ cost nothing and need no sign-up. For now there are no paid plans and no usage limits on my side.
Open source. Both are licensed under Apache 2.0: you can use, change and share them, including for commercial work. The details are in License.
Your accounts, their rules. Each agent uses your account with its provider. Their terms, prices and limits are theirs, not mine.
You decide what is allowed. By default agents only read. If you raise it to CONTROL or AIRLOCK, what they do with that permission is on you.
As is
Provided as it is.
- No warranty
- MADRE and AHP+ are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, as the Apache 2.0 license says. MADRE is still in beta and may have bugs.
- No liability for damages
- I am not responsible for lost data, changes to your project, costs with your providers, or what an agent does with the permissions you gave it.
- What doesn’t come back
- UNDO puts your project’s files back. What already left your machine, such as a
git pushor a deploy, cannot be undone. - Backups
- Work with Git and back up what matters, especially before using CONTROL or AIRLOCK.
Limits
The only limits are on this site.
The software has no usage limits on my side. This site’s forms and chat do have a few, only to stop abuse.
- Reports
- Up to 5 an hour and 20 a day from the same connection.
- Windows waitlist
- Up to 5 sign-ups an hour from the same connection.
- Jossue AI
- Up to 30 messages per conversation and 24 every 10 minutes from the same connection, 800 characters each at most.
Use
What is not OK.
- In the forms and the chat
- No spam, attack attempts, illegal content or other people’s data without their permission. I can delete anything that doesn’t comply.
- Third-party names
- Codex, Claude, Gemini and OpenCode are trademarks of their owners. MADRE works with them but is not affiliated with any of them.
