Privacy notice

What we keep, and why.

Who is responsible: Jossué Alcalá, author of MADRE. Contact: jossuealcala.com.
What we keep: What you write, the technical details you choose, the date and, if you give it, your email. From your connection, only a fingerprint that changes every day to stop abuse; never your IP.
What for: To understand and resolve your report, and to reply if you left an email. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold.
Where it lives: On the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts this page. It is not shared with anyone else.
How long: Your email is deleted automatically 90 days after the report is closed. The report is kept, without personal data, so mistakes are not repeated.
Windows waitlist: If you sign up, we keep your email, language and the date only to tell you when MADRE works on Windows. Once we have told you, we delete the list. It is not used for anything else and it is not shared.
Site analytics: Cloudflare, which hosts this page, counts visits in aggregate and without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). On top of that, only if you accept it, Google Analytics measures which parts of the page are used, such as copying the install command. Neither receives what you write in a report or loads on your follow-up link. You can change your mind about Google Analytics under “Analytics preferences”, at the foot of every page.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing through jossuealcala.com with your report number.
